Equine Bodywork and Massage Therapy

Equine sports massage helps relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and support performance and recovery. Whether your horse is an athlete or companion, massage promotes better movement, circulation and overall comfort. I integrate myofascial release to free up tight connective tissue and trigger point therapy to target deep muscle knots that can cause pain and restriction.

The whole-body approach helps your horse feel and perform their best – naturally, gently, and effectively.

I bring a toolbox of modalities tailered to your horses unique needs – not just a one size fits all approach.

I’m constantly expanding my skills and staying updated with the latest research. My work is rooted in compassion, respect for the horse, and a desire to help them feel their best – every session is treated with the same care I’d give my own horses.

Clients often tell me they appreciate the calm, grounded energy I bring. I believe in clear communication, setting realistic expectations, and partnering with you to create a plan that supports your horse long-term.
